Permanent
court time is the reserving of a
court for a specific time and day
each week. Permanent courts are
rented for $1.00 per hour less than
the regular court fees. The court
time is the palyer's responsibility
and may not be cancelled.
Indoor Permanent
Reservation
There
are two 18-week permanent court
sessions: The first session
beginninig September 15 and the
second one following the first until
mid May. You will not be billed for
Thanksgiving Day, December 24 &
25, December 31, January 1 and
Easter.
Outdoor Permanent
Reservation
This is
a 16 week session of which offers the
following benefits:
Guaranteed
court-time 8:00 a.m. until
dark.
Three
well-maintained courts.
Plenty of
water and other beverages.
Full us
of shower and lounge
facilityes.
Minimal
fee for summer reservations.
1 Hour Reservation

Billing
Procedures
First
session permanent court time will be
billed on September 30; Second
session on January 28 and the Summer
session on May 30. A statement for
other charges will be rendered as of
the last day of each month.
A
finance charge of 1 1/2% per month
(18% per year) will be added to the
unpaid balance.
